If it is necessary to order by check, we do accept checks, however, we will not send the product you ordered until we receive your check in the mail.  Make all checks payable to Posh Portage LLC and mail to Box 3394, Rolling Hills Estates, CA 90274 

Returns and Exchanges

Because Posh Portage is concerned about our customer satisfaction, we are willing to give a money back guarantee on all products that do not meet your expectations.

If you would like to exchange your product for a different product, we are happy to do so.  Please contact us using the "contact us" link at the bottom of this page.

Please be aware that you will be charged a 20% restocking fee on all packages that are returned to our facility due to customer refusal.

 Please note* Postage is not included on returns and exchanges.

Shipping

We ship USPS priority.  Costs vary with weight and product being shipped.  All products shipped will get to you in 1 to 3 days.  We use this method to get your products to you the quickest and most cost effective way.  To get a more accurate view of postage costs, please refer to our shipping costs link, which is an estimated cost of products being shipped.
