• Flexible grind. The Vario gives you the liberty to choose between 250mm to 1200mm for the range of grind. Moreover, it is equipped with a narrow particle distribution, also known as bi-modal in espresso setting.
• Smart adjustment system. The Vario is equipped with macro and micro adjustments, which can be instantly repeated with the smart adjustment system with 230 distinct settings of grind to cater to your coffee preferences.
• Easy controls. The control panel is located on the front of the machine, with easy to understand buttons that will allow grind time setting within 0.1 second. Pressing the start button will begin precise dosing.
• Speedy grinds. The Vario is capable of grinding as much as 1.5 grams per second for Espresso and 2.5 grams per second for Press.
• Sturdy, professional burrs. Made in Germany by Mahlkönig, Vario's 54mm professional ceramic burrs grind precisely and will endure wear and tear for as much as twice the lifetime of most steel burrs.
• Quiet machine operation. Vario's transmission is belt-driven and powered by a high torque DC motor, ensuring quiet operation and thermal isolation of the burrs and motor.
• Convenient portaholder. The Vario is equipped with a portaholder, which enables hands free operation.
