Manual Espresso Machines

Manual espresso machines are called manual because they are mostly human powered. All of the manual espresso machines that we provide are piston driven espresso machines. With the AeroPress coffee and espresso maker you must grind your own coffee beans and heat the water manually then you apply pressure to the piston to extract the coffee. With our Ponte Vecchio manual espresso machines you control the timing, speed and pressure for the extraction of the espresso shot. The Ponte Vecchio will make the hot water and the steam but it's up to the barista to customize everything else including grinding the coffee and the extraction process. The barista pulls the shot on the Ponte Vecchio manual espresso machines by pulling down on the lever which activates the piston.
