• E 61 Commercial Brew Group with Thermal Siphon made with chrome plated brass provides circulating hot water to ensure stable water temperature for consistantly perfect espresso.
• Three Way Solenoid Valve to relieve water pressure resulting in a dry coffee puck that is easily and neatly knocked out making cleanup quick and simple.
• Commercial Pressure Stat with Lifetime Warranty. Salvatore Regulates the boiler temperature and pressure using this commercial Sirai which is twelve times the size of other machines in this class. This is one of the ways Salvatore proves to be a leader in espresso machine reliability.
• 2 Liter Copper Boiler. Salvatore cuts no corners. This boiler is heavy duty with 1/8" thick copper walls and 3/4" brass top and bottom. The 2" diameter heat exchanger provides simultaneous brewing and steaming.
• 1550 Watt Heating Element for quick heat up. If you prefer, you can leave this machine on for long periods of time.
• Pressure Gauge. Indicates boiler temperature and pressure.
• Pressure Relief Valve a safety device to relieve excess pressure if needed.
• Cup Warmer. The top of the machine provides heat to keep your cups warm and ready.
• Steam Wand. Mounted on the left with a 360 degree ball joint, this steam wand accomodates large 32 oz steam pitchers. It rotates high and reaches far for professional milk frothing.
• Hot Water Dispenser. Located on the right, this espresso machine boasts an independent hot water dispenser. The large water reservoir ensures this espresso machine is capable of dispensing generous portions making this machine a multi tasking appliance when tea, and instant beverages are called for. A simple turn of the knob is all it takes.
• 64 oz Water Reservoir. Just like all the other features, this water reservoir is large enough for commercial use. Convenient large capacity as a pour over machine, this machine is also availalbe as a direct line.
• Espresso Pod Capable This Salvatore Espresso machine works with pod capable filter baskets.

• Frame and Housing Construction: Just as expected, the Salvatore inside frame is made of powder coated steel, strong and rust resistant. The top cup warmer is made of 16 gauge brushed stainless steel and is laser cut for style and heat venting. The body is 20 gauge stainless steel for elegant, commercial appearance.
