Shipping and Return Policy

100% 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Because our goal is to reach the highest customer satisfaction possible, we agree to accept returns on merchandise up to 30 days after you have received them. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product you purchase from Posh Portage, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. Returned items must be in "like new" condition, with all original parts, accessories, manuals, etc., and must be re-packaged in the original retail display box. If any of these items are missing, you will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee. To return an item, you must contact us via phone or e-mail within 30 days of purchase to obtain a Return Authorization Number. You must ship returns via a courier that provides tracking, and provide Posh Portage with the tracking number. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning merchandise to us. If a returned item is lost or destroyed in transit, your account will not be credited for the return, and you will be responsible for obtaining reimbursement from the courier. Therefore we strongly recommend that you purchase insurance from the courier for returned items. Coffee orders can not be returned. Premium shipping (next day, 2nd day, etc) charges are non-refundable. Machines purchased for restaurant use excluded. Special order items are excluded.


Coffee, and Altered Machines are not returnable.


If the merchandise is not in Like New Condition when we receive it, you will be charged for the parts and labor needed to return the merchandise to Like New Condition.

Any discount or waiver of shipping fees, mentioned or not,will be charged upon the return of any merchandise.


Defective Merchandise Returns

Claims must be reported within 5 days of receiving merchandise. Open and inspect all packages immediately upon receipt.

Products are covered by Manufactures Warranties. Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser but some manufactures will pay return shipping within the United States contiguous 48 states. We can refer you to authorized service center for repairs within or after the warranty period.

Call or email us for your Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
Returned merchandise will not be accepted without an authorization number.


Shipping Damage

Inspect deliveries immediately. Retain all shipping cartons, materials, and labels and do not operate, or dissemble contents of shipment. Contact us and shipper and report claim. Shipper will inspect shipping damage.


Shipping Policy

It is Posh Portages commitment to customer service insuring the quickest and most cost efficient shipping. Most accessories and smaller items are shipped USPS Priority. These products ship 2-3 days at reasonable rates. Purchasing larger quantities will usually ship at even greater savings. Larger, heavier merchandise will ship UPS or FedEx. Shipping rates are revealed in our shopping cart.

We offer free shipping for limited time periods on certain merchandise.


International Shipping

(Shipments outside United States)

We do not ship Jura products to Canada.

All tax, custom fees, brokerage fees, shipping fees, delivery fees of any kind, are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We do not guarantee ship transit times.

Shipping fees will be verified and agreed to by purchaser prior to shipping.

All international orders will void product warranties.

Returning International Orders: shipping cost of return merchandise and all fees, brokerage, customs, shipping, associated with returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Posh Portage reserves the right to choose the shipping method based on cost and efficiency.

Shipping Carrier is responsible for package and delivery once it is shipped. Tracking numbers will be made available to customer.
