Vibiemme took the high performing capabilities of the original machine and placed it in this compact-styled machine that gives you top notch quality. The original machine is best known for its double boilers, polished steel body panels, insulation on coffee and steam boilers to help save energy and the easy operation through the small lever on the right to extract coffee. All these features are included in the new Vibiemme Domobar Junior 2B Double Boiler (non-PID) espresso machine and more.

Features:

Because it is compact, this machine will fit perfectly into space-challenged kitchens. The steam boiler is controlled by a Jaeger pressurstat and the two boilers are smaller than the original 1.5 liter boilers. There are no digital displays for temperature, but customers can be assured that the temperature is controlled by the adjustable bulb thermostat. This machine is equipped with the Prolind automatic refill board and a 2-liter water reservoir. Other features include ULKA 41 watt pump, large adjustable overpressure valve (OPV), commercial grade steam and hot water valves, multi-directional steam and hot water wands, brew and steam pressure gauges, heavy vacuum breaker valve, and one-way valve to eliminate back pressure from the boiler.

• Stainless steel drip tray which can be easily (slides out with pull of handle) can be removed for cleaning. Grate stays on machine when pulling out drip tray so that it is one step to empty
• ProLind branded electronic water level control for internal coffee boiler tuned to 2 degree C changes
• 41 watt vibratory pump ("vibe" pump) rated up to 15 bar with air valve bypass
• OPV (over pressure valve opens when too much pump pressure exists) located inside of machine with easy access when body panel and six (6) associated screws and divider are removed
